Hennessy also guided stablemate Schmokin Shannon A to a wire-to-wire victory this past weekend. On Saturday in a $5,000 claimer, the nine-year-old son of Albert Albert equaled the previous track record of 1:56.3 set by Panquerayandtonic last July.
The bay gelding was claimed by the Hennessys earlier this year. He sports a record of 24-20-22 in 161 starts with $122,750 in earnings.
