Outlaw Watch Me watched things from the pocket and then her rivals watched her visit the winner's circle after she captured the $1,500 Yorkton Exhibition Invite on Friday.

The six-year-old Straight Path mare, who was driven by trainer/owner Brian Gray, settled into the two-hole behind pacesetter Nealies Master (Greg Le Drew) at the :29 opening split. After Nealies Master got to the half in :58.4, he gave way to Kalahari Riff (Kevin Siever), who moved fourth-to-first in the third quarter.

Outlaw Watch Me was situated in third at the third marker, but was only a half-length back in second at the top of the lane, setting her sights on Kalahari Riff. Those two battled down the lane, with Outlaw Watch Me emerging from the win photo by a nose in 1:57.4. Nealies Master was third.

Outlaw Watch Me is two-for-eight in 2008 with earnings of $3,365. Now a 24-time winner lifetime, she has a bankroll of $58,708.
