Harrington Raceway's 62nd year of live racing came to a close Thursday night after its 109th racing card of 2008 was completed.

Driver Tony Morgan was honoured as the track's leading driver for the third consecutive year, as he finished with 332 wins. Ross Wolfenden, Jim Morand, Corey Callahan and Brandon Givens rounded out the top five.

"It's been a great year," said Morgan. "I appreciate the opportunity I've been given by the trainers and owners I drive for."

Meanwhile, Tim Crissman earned his first training title at Harrington with 87 wins. Dylan Davis, Josh Green, Les Givens and George Teague completed the top five.

"This is great to win," said Crissman. "My help does a great job and we couldn't do it without them."

Live racing will resume in April, 2009.
