JM Vangogh's next victory will be the 50th of his career, and his latest victory earned the classy veteran a major money milestone.

The eight-year-old son of Earl, who is owned by Paul Chambers and John Mello, surged past the $2 million mark in career earnings when he stepped to a 1:54.3 in the $40,000 Open Handicap Trot at Chester Downs on October 9.

Tony Morgan engineered the trip for JM Vangogh, who recently returned to the care of trainer Paul Chambers after a summer stint in the stable of double Hall-of-Famer, Ron Waples.

The graduate of the OSS program has put together a 6-2-1 record in 20 starts this season in addition to stashing away earnings of $133,505 and taking a career-best clocking of 1:52.4 at Mohawk Racetrack on July 7.

In 155 lifetime starts, JM Vangogh has constructed a 49-26-19 record while banking $2,010,146 along the way.
