Veteran horse owner and breeder Harold T. Arn of Glencoe, ON passed away Monday, September 15 at the age of 92.
Arn owned Kettle Bee p,1:51s,$585,437 and H T Bo Majee p,1:51.2f,$341,461, who holds the Windsor aged pacing mare track record of 1.51.2, and numerous other horses carrying the H T prefix in their names.
Arn is the loved husband of Margaret (Bardwell), father of Bob and Susan Arn of London, Connie Arn of London and David and Carolyn Arn of Dutton. He is grandfather to Greg and Lindsay, Allison, Dylan and Tammy and Dane Arn. Great grandfather to Austin, Derek and Emily.
Arn also served in World War II with the Royal Canadian Navy. He was owner and director of Arn Funeral Homes of Glencoe, Alvinston and Dutton, ON until his retirement.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 18 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Services will be held Friday, September 19 at 10:30 a.m. at the Arn Funeral Home in Dutton.
