Three-year-old pacing filly Georgia Peach fetched the highest price at today's Fall Extravaganza Mixed Sale at Flamboro Downs in Dundas, Ontario.
The speedy filly, who has banked over $63,000 on the season and came into the sale off four consecutive on-the-board finishes, was purchased for $53,000 by Jack Wray of London, Ont.
Freshman trotting colt Mopey Corey did not meet his reserve price after fetching a live bid of $97,000.
An active crowd braved the cold temperatures at the new SC Sales Pavillion at Flamboro Downs and watched 288 horses go through the sales ring, bringing a total of over $1.54 million and an average of $5,360.
