On Sunday, August 31 at the Country Heritage Museum in Milton, ON, the Ontario Standardbred Adoption Society held its ninth annual Horse Show, and photos of the very successful event have been posted online.
"We were lucky to get some good weather and a great crowd," said event organizer Joanne Colville. "A great day was had by all. Entries and participants were up and we are very grateful that we had some excellent prizes."
Success of such an event is measured in many different ways, but Colville did tell Trot Insider that the event raised over $11,500, something that all involved are very proud of.
"We hope to see everyone back again next year," said Colville. "Thanks again to all the volunteers, participants and sponsors that make this show a huge success."
