It was a busy morning of qualifiers at Fraser Downs, which is just over a week away from diving into its 2008/2009 racing season.
A total of 20 qualifying events were conducted during the Tuesday session, with Desperate Measures turning in the fastest mile of the morning. David McKellar guided the son of Electric Yankee to the 1:55.3 decision for owner Robert Murphy of Surrey, BC.
Racing action returns to Fraser Downs on Friday, September 19 at 7:30 p.m.
