The 2022 Standardbred Breeders and Owners Association of New Jersey (SBOANJ) elections will be held on Nov. 16, 2022.
The time and place will be announced later.
Anyone interested in running for director must send a letter of intent to the SBOANJ office via certified mail, or in person, no later than Sept. 17, 2022.
To qualify as a director, you must have been an active member for the past two years in the designated category in which you wish to run. There is one position available in the driver/trainer category, two positions in the breeder category, and two positions in the owner category.
All incumbents are running for re-election in their designated categories: driver/trainer Yannick Gingras, breeders Mike Klau and Mark Mullen, owners Anthony Perretti and Anthony Romano.
