Time To Dance front-stepped his way to a fifth consecutive victory while taking the $5,000 Johnny Conroy Memorial Invitational Pace on Friday evening (September 25) at Truro Raceway.

Trained and driven by Marc Campbell, Time To Dance raced three-wide into the first turn and made front at the :27 quarter mark. The 3-5 favourite called all the shots from there, posting middle splits of :55.1 and 1:24.3, en route to victory in 1:52.2. Longshot Silver Beast, locked in fourth at the rail turning for home, rallied through the passing lane to finish 1-3/4 lengths behind the winner and just ahead of pocket-sitter Woodmere Ideal Art.

The victory was the four-year-old gelding's first over the Truro oval, and followed up four wins at Red Shores at Charlottetown Driving Park including last month's Gold Cup & Saucer.

The son of A Rocknroll Dance has earned nine victories from 21 starts this year and more than $60,000 in purses for owners Brent Campbell of Charlottetown and Matthew McDonald of Edwards, Ont.
