Lady In The Wind, a daughter of Windsongs Legacy, has been installed as the 9-5 morning line favourite for the $51,200 New Jersey Futurity for New Jersey-sired three-year-old trotters, to be raced Friday, September 25 at Freehold Raceway.
The field of five includes two fillies, two colts and one gelding.
Lady In The Wind, driven by David Miller and trained by Joseph King, has finished in-the-money in eight of 11 starts this year. Unraced at two, the filly has banked $52,607 for owner-breeder Dreamland Farms of Cream Ridge, New Jersey.
Her biggest paydays came when she finished third in the $80,000 final of the Helen Smith and fourth in the $100,000 New Jersey Sire Stakes final, both at Freehold.
