A trio of Jamie Copley trainees put Rideau Carleton Raceway's leading conditioner back in the spotlight on another Sunday night card of harness racing.
Copley's training triple pushed his seasonal win total to 85, which gives him and 28-win lead in the local standings over runner-up Gary McDonald. His current win count ranks fifth in all of Canada.
Sunday repeat winners Andro Madi ($3.50) and Ashlake ($7.50) won back-to-back races to open the 12-race card and Shanghai B G ($5.10) later won the sixth race for Copley. Stephane Gendron drove all three winners.
