Despite being parked out through a demanding :27.3 opening quarter in the slop, HS Judy Jetson still had little trouble capturing Wednesday’s (Sept. 2) feature at The Meadows, a $10,200 conditioned trot.
The four-year-old daughter of Great George Two and Broadway Fooling easily repelled the first-over challenge of Explosive Form and scored for Tony Hall in 1:56.1. The pocket-sitting Swanind Fastlane was second, 1-1/4 lengths back, while Lite Years Away rallied for show.
Scott Betts trains HS Judy Jetson for Tim Betts.
It was one of four wins for Hall on the 13-race card, including a pair for Scott Betts. Mike Wilder also enjoyed a big day with three victories.
Live racing at The Meadows resumes Friday (Sept. 4), when the 13-race program features a $7,400.64 carryover in the final-race Super Hi-5. First post is 12:45 p.m.
