According to a report by cincinnati.com, Lebanon Raceway has announced that it has found a partner to run its planned video slots area

The article states that Lebanon will partner with Buffalo-based slot operator Delaware North. "We're still haggling, but we're taking them on as a partner," Lebanon general manager Keith Nixon was quoted as saying.
The report cites officials at the Ohio Lottery Commission as stating that Delaware North, along with Lebanon Raceway, will soon be able to pay the $13 million first installment of the $65 million licensing fee needed for state approval.
