The homebred daughter of Western Ideal-Aries Conquest, driven by Andy Miller for owner/breeder Tanah Merah Farms of Springfield, Illinois, won by a neck over another Western Ideal filly, Skinny Dip. Finishing third was Sold Out, also by Western Ideal.
It was the third victory in four career starts for the Erv Miller-trained filly, whose earnings rose to $35,500 with the winner’s share of the purse. Aries Angel's two previous victories were in NJSS Green Acres preliminary legs of the series for two-year-old filly pacers.
