Racing Under Saddle made a stop for the closing night at Hanover Raceway and made it a great night for Sarah Town and Lets Leavem.
Having started the season late with Lets Leavem, and having drawn the outside post, Town left hard and made front down the backside the first time around and proceeded to make every call a winning one.
After having been first down to the quarter in :29:1, Thor Seelster had settled into the two hole and was followed closely by Oaklea Uptown, All Out Henry, Pukka, and Next Kash, who made a break early.
All Out Henry re-moved past the half (:59.4) to sit second headed to the three quarters (1:29:4) and then challenged Lets Leavem in the lane to no avail, but did finish a strong second to Town in the 2:00.4 mile, which was a track record for racing under saddle at the Hanover oval.
Thor Seelster finished third, followed by Oaklea (fourth), Pukka (fifth) and Next Kash (sixth).
Lets Leavem, who is owned by Sarah Town and trained by Shane Arsenault, recorded his first seasonal win in what was his twelfth start of the campaign.
