Chris Giaccio and Victor Kirby’s Can Do ($8.80, Kirby) notched his third straight win Wednesday in the $19,000 Open Trot at Harrington Raceway.
The current four-year-old track record holder, Can Do, sat a pocket trip throughout behind pacesetter Spunky Jack and surged by in mid-stretch for the win. World Cup closed ground late for second while Awsome Valley was third.
Can Do is also trained by co-owner/driver Kirby. He recorded his sixth win of the year.
Allan Davis, Ross Wolfenden, Jim Morand and Kirby each had driving doubles.
