Thomas Riley students captured two of the three $3,500 Back To School Pacing Series eliminations for $5,000 claimers at Kawartha Downs on Saturday night with Jonathan Drury in the sulky

The duo clicked in the first division with nine-year-old Rambaran gelding Winfall Nasty ($10.40), who recorded a season’s best 1:55.4 mile, and the third division with Siddall ($4.20), an eight-year-old son of Real Artist who notched his fifth straight win in 1:56.4. Amanda Riley of Roseneath, Ont. owns both winners.
In between the Drury-Riley victories Thavage Boy ($14.70) won his division in 1:56.1 for driver Brandon Campbell and trainer Laura Winacott. The eight-year-old son of Jennas Beach Boy is owned by Barry McClennan of Cavan, Ont.
Campbell won four times on the 10-race card including once more with Laura and another with Richard Winacott.
