According to a report, a joint meeting of the two committees considering out-of-competition testing in the State of Kentucky voted yesterday on the severity of penalties
.
Harness Tracks of America has reported that the committees yesterday voted 8-4 for a five-to-10-year suspension for those failing tests or refusing to take them.
The full commission is expected to vote on the issue next Tuesday.
