Jack Of Clubs and driver Tyler Moore claimed the fastest mile of the Sunday afternoon (Aug. 9) card at Clinton Raceway, hitting the wire in in 1:55.3.
The six-year-old World Of Rocknroll gelding held off a late charge from Buckeroo to capture the $5,000 conditioned event. Garry MacDonald owns and trains 20-time winner Jack Of Clubs.

Clinton Raceway management thanks race fans for their patience and those responsible for attending to the minor internet outages and tote delays during the day's card as a result of a large electrical storm that hit Huron County on Sunday morning.
