At a membership meeting today in Campbellville, Ont., members of the Central Ontario Standardbred Association (COSA) unanimously endorsed the contract signed in late July between COSA and Woodbine Entertainment
Group.
COSA President Bill O'Donell told Trot Insider that the contract, good for five years, was endorsed by members in attendance and by proxy vote as well.
