Sing Like An Angel made it four wins in a row in the $11,500 Fillies & Mares Open Handicap Pace as she swept by pacesetter Rummys Command in the stretch on Friday evening at Century Downs Racetrack and Casino.

Rummys Command led the field of five through fractions of :27.4, :57.2 and 1:24.4 while 1-5 favourite Sing Like An Angel advanced first over from fourth before the half-mile mark. In a two-horse breakaway, Sing Like An Angel blew by Rummys Command down the stretch to win by two and three-quarter lengths in 1:54 flat. She paid $3.60 to win. Nighttraintovegas finished seven lengths behind in third after trailing throughout.

The dominant distaffer previously put together back-to-back wins in May and ran up a three-race win streak into June. She has not missed the board in 16 starts this year, earning 10 wins in total and $68,510 in purses for her connections. Trainer/driver Travis Cullen shares ownership of the five-year-old Bettors Delight mare with his mother Jodie and partners Keith and Margaret Hannah.
