Ramblinglily, the four-year-old NB-owned pacer, stole the show on New Brunswick Day at Fredericton Raceway on Monday, August 4.
Co-owner Allan Jones sent the daughter of Articulator to the lead and was never headed after that. The duo went on to record the win in 1:58. Norm Leger also shares ownership of Ramblinglily, who scorched a final half in :56.1. She turned away J Rs Hurricane and Rose Valley.
Ramblinglily had won on Friday (August 1) at Connell Park and right back to win on Monday.
The fastest win time during the Monday card was turned in by 10-year-old Kass Hall, who stopped the clock in 1:57.3. Scott Hubbard was the driver for owner Shawn Dickison. Sam Hodgin scored two wins during the card. The victories gave the teamster five wins in the last two race days at the capital city track.
Racing will resume on Saturday, August 9 at 2 p.m. at Saint John's Exhibition Park Raceway.
