Fredericton Raceway will once again play host to Labour Day holiday harness racing on Monday, September 2 with a stellar card getting underway at 1 p.m.

The feature of the afternoon is the two-year-old Williamson Memorial Stake and one elite performer with local ties will be looking to grab the spotlight in the filly division.

Lovineveryminute is owned by River Valley Management of Quispamsis, New Brunswick and will be driven by award-winning driver Gilles Barrieau. She is by Western Paradise out of Deliver Me, a mare who raced out of the Mike Campbell stable in Fredericton.

Out of six starts this season, she has won five and was second on the other occasion and sports a career-best time of 1:56.1 taken at Charlottetown for trainer Earl Watts. She has earned over $21,000 this season.

There are a total of 13 dashes on the matinee card with four divisions of the Williamson, each carrying a purse of $6,130.

Horse Racing New Brunswick is pleased to host the traditional Monday holiday card and wish all horsemen the best of luck for the upcoming FREX week of racing.
