To help raise funds to defray huge medical expenses for horse owner Jason "Slim" Moore of Hartley, Delaware, nine autographed harness drivers' whips are on sale

at ebay.com and furious bidding is already underway.

The auction ends August 9, 2009 and payments can be made via the internet using Paypal, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

Moore, who battled back cancer last year, now has serious health issues with his liver and kidneys and spent the last week in a Maryland hospital. Moore is famous for establishing Koshy's Kids, a charity that helps children with cancer by introducing them to harness race horse Kosher King. All of Kosher Kings' earnings go to benefit Koshy's Kids.

Harness driver Corey Callahan has already pledged his five per cent driver's earnings from an upcoming race date to Moore's cause.

A benefit dinner is planned for 5:00 p.m. on August 9, 2009, at LaScala Restaurant, 117 North Gaston Avenue, Somerville, New Jersey. The cost for the dinner is $100 and guests are invited to bring their own beer or wine.

For additional information contact horse attorney Jeffrey R. Pocaro at 908-377-2488.

Donations via U.S. funds can also be sent by mailing a check for Jason Moore to Pocaro at 141 South Ave., Suite 204, Fanwood, New Jersey 07023.
