Howard Taylor, Jeff Billings and Dylan Davis Virgo and Peter Paul Venturini’s Shes Pukka N won the $20,000 Harrington Raceway co-featured races Monday.

In the Mares Open, Shes Pukka N ($2.20, Tony Morgan), held off a fierce, late charge by Peaks Cruiser for a narrow win as the heavy favourite in 1:55. Sunshineatthebeach was third. Trained by Brian Malone and one of four driving wins on the card for Morgan, Shes Pukka N notched her fourth win of the season.
The seven-year-old Betterthancheddar mare has made over $114,000 this year and is coming off a $191,569 season as a six-year-old.
