Horsepeople in the Rideau area are reminded of today's meeting concerning the proposed Racing Development & Sustainability Plan today at 3:00 p.m.
on the main level at Rideau Carleton Raceway.
Standardbred Canada is hosting this series of 'town hall' meetings to facilitate a dialogue with horse people across the province on the Racing Development and Sustainability Plan.
Representatives from SC will make a formal presentation which will provide an overview of the plan. This will be followed by a question-and-answer session.
If you are a horse owner, trainer, driver or breeder in Ontario, you are strongly encouraged to attend these meetings.

Rideau Carleton Raceway – Main Racing Level

Tuesday, August 31
Kawartha Downs – Finish Line Bar (Second Floor, Grandstand)
1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Grand River Raceway - room between paddock and Lighthouse Restaurant
4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Information on additional meetings including Hiawatha Horse Park and Sudbury Downs will be released as they are confirmed.
