James Magno and Joseph Fonte's Incaseyoudidntknow was three lengths the best as she took her sixth victory at the top level of Harrington Raceway this season in the $25,000 Fillies and Mares Open Handicap Pace on Tuesday, Aug. 26.
The seven-year-old Always B Miki-In Deep Thought mare overcame her assigned post eight, going the long way through a :29 quarter and making front before the half-mile mark in :57.3 for Jim Morand. She never relented, leading to three-quarters in 1:26.1 and drawing away late in a 1:54.4 score. Western Secret A (Ross Wolfenden) finished second over Dice Dice Baby (Corey Callahan). The winner returned $4.60.
Trained by Les Givens, the win was her eighth of the season in 26 starts. Incaseyoudidntknow is now 46-for-132 lifetime with $963,435 in earnings.
Driver Cody Poliseno tripled on the card, while Morand, Montrell Teague, Barton Dalious, and Vince Copeland each had doubles.
