A 45-year-old man who was stabbed in a backstretch altercation during the morning of Thursday, August 27 at Woodbine Racetrack is reported to be stabilizing following life-saving surgery at Sunnybrook Hospital

An update on torontosun.com named Ricardo Jackson, 27, of Toronto, Ont. as the attacker. He was taken into custody and has been charged with aggravated assault, assault with a weapon and possessing dangerous weapons.
