Stag Party notched his third straight win on Monday (Aug. 21) at Harrington Raceway with a 1:53.3 win in the $20,000 Open Pace.
Corey Callahan and the seven-year-old Bettors Delight stallion led most of the way and held off a fierce late charge by late-closing Outclassed for his ninth win of the year. Lyons Music was third.
Trained by Mike Hall, Stag Party boosted his seasonal bankroll to $100,195 and augmented his healthy lifetime bankroll to $1,062,840. Owned by Let It Ride Stables, Hutt Racing and West Wins Stable, Stag Party paid $4.40 to win.
Ross Wolfenden had three wins on the card, two of which were for trainer Crissy Crissman-Bier. Tony Morgan and Corey Callahan each had a pair of wins on the card.
Live racing will continue on a Monday/Tuesday schedule until Sept. 4, when a Monday through Wednesday schedule will resume. Post time is 4:30 p.m.
