More proof of the rapid resurgence of the Michigan Standardbred industry will be on display Thursday, Sept. 29 at the inaugural Winner's Circle Speed Sale in Fowlerville, Michigan.
Forty yearlings will highlight the sale that will also include broodmares, stallion services and racehorses.
Michigan-sired horses have enjoyed robust increases to fair programs this summer and are preparing for $100,000+ Sires Stakes finals this fall.
An equipment sale will start at 9 a.m. There will be a yearling preview at 10 a.m. that will offer all buyers an initial in ring look at all yearlings being offered. The sale will begin at noon. Refreshments and food will be available on site. Prospective buyers are also encouraged to inspect yearlings the evening prior to the sale.
Pedigrees are posted on winnerscirclespeedsale.com and sale catalogues will be available shortly. Catalogues can be requested by emailing [email protected]. Additional horses can be supplemented to the sale up to Sept. 26 and will be updated on the sale website.
