Triomphe De Vie, piloted by Dave Palone and trained by Ron Burke, turned in the fastest time of the three divisions of the Pennsylvania Sire Stakes for two-year-old trotting colts and geldings Wednesday night at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs

In the final division, carrying a purse of $91,132, Triomphe De Vie stopped the timer in 1:57.4. Second was longshot KT tag Im It (Ed McNeight) with third-place going to Groom Hanover (Mike Lachance). Triomphe De Vie, an Andover Hall gelding, was winning for the third time in four lifetime starts.
Fort Valley AS, driven by Eric Goodell, won another $91,000-plus division with a time of 1:58.1. The two-year-old Tom Ridge colt, trained by Anette Lorentzon, was only making his second life start. Up Up And Away (Jimmy Takter) was second to Fort Valley AS with Ridgeandfamous (Charlie Norris) third.
Palone collected his second stakes win of the evening with Not Nice. Not Nice, trained by Takter, was a winner in 1:59.1. This was the second win in four starts for the two-year-old Glidemaster colt. Mythical Hall (Lachance) was second to Not Nice with Buffalino Hanover (Todd Schadel) third.
