Eagle Jolt came flying up the passing lane to catch Bazillion en route to a 1:59.1 win in the Thursday feature at Red Shores Racetrack & Casino.
Marc Campbell engineered the winning drive behind Eagle Jolt, who sat in the pocket behind Bazillion through splits of 30.3, 1:01.1 and 1:30.2. Eagle Jolt edged out in the lane and nailed the fraction setter for the victory. Starcastic was third.
Eagle Jolt now has 40 lifetime wins for owners Wilbur and Marie MacDonald of Orwell Cove, PE.
Trotters High Flying (Gordon Hennessey), Parkhill Jugernaut (Ambyr Campbell), Westwood (Gary Chappell) and Thunderway (Jason Hughes) won their respective assignments on the card.
Campbell, Donnie MacNeill, Gary Chappell and Jason Hughes had driving doubles.
