One form of Adrenaline is just over a month away, while another is already in motion
.
Hiawatha Horse Park in Sarnia, ON is gearing up for Adrenaline, Canada’s Racing Festival. The inaugural event will take place August 20-23.
The four-legged version of Adrenaline was a maiden-breaking winner at Mohawk Racetrack on Sunday evening, and it was no ordinary victory for the two-year-old son of Mach Three-Sand Sweetness. The Louie Eftimiadis trainee smoked the Mohawk Racetrack oval in 1:55.2 – a Canadian season's record for rookie pacers.
The backers of the colt, who is owned by Gerald Mijal of Westland, MI, were rewarded to the tune of $31.80 for a $2 win ticket wager.
