Fredericton Feature To Allbentouttashape

Allbentouttashape continues to make a mark on top level competition at Fredericton Raceway

. The four year old paced his fastest trip of the season, stopping the clock in 1:56.3.

Gordie Hennessey was aggressive with Allbentouttashape at the start, moving him straight to the front in a six-horse field. Allbentouttashape won from coast-to-coast, earning a length and a quarter triumph over Man In Pink and Hustler Hall.

A son of Quick Comeback, Allbentouttashape scored his third win of the season for Dooley Boys Racing Stable of Halifax, NS.

It was the second win of the night for Hennessey who scored earlier with Electra BG in 2:00.3.

There were a total of five sub-2:00 miles on the 14-dash card.

Stephen Trites won with Dance Hanover in 1:58.4. The Robert Laffin-trained eight-year-old made an aggressive move at the half to sweep past the leaders.
Laffin drove himself as Tobins Paradise scored in 1:59.4.

Other sub-2:00 winners were Ace On The River (Phillip Hodgson) in 1:59.2, and Valeader (Mark Haig) in 1:59.4.

Racing in the province resumes Monday afternoon at Woodstock's Connell Park Raceway. A 12-dash card starts at 1:30 p.m. There is also racing in Woodstock on Wednesday and Friday nights at 7:00 p.m.
