It’s been 16 days since Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs introduced a new Pick 7 wager and no one has correctly selected all seven of the race winners involved. The jackpot has grown from $25,000 to $61,835.38 going into next Tuesday (July 28) night’s race card
.
In order to win the jackpot, one must select the winners of Races 6 through 12. Several patrons have come close since June 30, getting six of the seven winners. This past Wednesday night there was a consolation payoff of $471.20 for a $2 wager and it involved picking five of the seven winners in those designated races.
The jackpot continues to grow if there are no winning tickets, but there are consolation payoffs every night. Saturday afternoon’s numbers in order were 7-9-4-6-5-8-3. Five of seven consolation payoff was $321.60.
Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs conducts live harness racing Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday nights with a 6:30 p.m. post and Saturday afternoons with first post at 1 p.m.
