After being thrown from a horse on a Colorado farm and having her skull damaged, 17-year-old Morgan Trujilo was saved by blind ranch owner Keith Day.
According to a report by foxnews.com, Day located Trujilo by following her screams.
Once Day located Trujilo, he carried her several hundred feet and was able to get her over a barbed-wire fence.
"I have no idea in God's world how I stepped across [the fence] with her," Day said.
"It's 'cause you're Superman, that's what it is," said Trujilo. "You're hiding that you're Superman."
