MGM Yonkers Raceway announced on Wednesday, July 15 that an error regarding the payouts for a Pick 5 wager last month has been identified and will be corrected.
A press release from Yonkers Raceway stated that due to an unspecified glitch in the system on Friday, June 26, it paid out the Pick 5 based on the actual money bet into the pool rather than the listed $15,000 USD guarantee.
Yonkers Raceway reported that track management immediately began to investigate the situation and is currently in the process of properly paying out the correct amount to the two winning tickets.
