Wicked Express cut the mile and held on by a nose to win the sole $8,000 Prospect Series division of leg 3A for three-year-old pacing males on Tuesday, July 15 at Georgian Downs.
He drove on for Jason Ryan to make front just past the quarter, led unopposed through the middle half, and hung on by a nose over Five Star Lou (Austin Sorrie) to score in 1:52.3. Bunkhouse Boss (Damian MacLellan) was third. Kyle Fellows trains Wicked Express, a son of Mcwicked-Shes A Pansation, for Hutt Racing Stable of Malvern, Pa. The gelding is three-for-14 lifetime.
