According to a report, on Thursday, July 14 a judge in Minnesota denied requests from Running Aces and Canterbury Park to reassess ruling which have caused the raceways to remain closed due to a
state budget impasse.
Although, the Shakopee Valley News article does state that the tracks could open just days after a new budget is agreed upon. Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton and leaders within the legislature have assembled a budget proposal.
