Do Me Honor notched her 12th win of the season when she rolled to a front-end victory in Saturday’s $22,500 Filly & Mare Preferred Pace at The Meadows.

Aaron Merriman hustled Do Me Honor to the front, but was able to give her comfortable early fractions of :27.4 and :57. The five-year-old daughter of Cheyenne Rei did the rest, holding off the late charge of the pocket-sitting Star Keeper to defeat her by a nose in 1:52.2. Ole Miss raced well first over for show.

Bill Bercury owns and trains Do Me Right, who now boasts career earnings of $366,268.

Merriman drove five winners and Dave Palone three on the 12-race card.
