The fields have been drawn for this weekend's Canadian Breeders Championships eliminations, which will see three-year-olds of both sexes and gaits strut their stuff

over Mohawk Racetrack Friday and Saturday.

The fillies will take to the Campbellville oval Friday, with trotters lining up for Races 1 and 6 and pacers assembling for Races 5 and 8.

Race 1 will feature 2008 O'Brien Award winner Elusive Desire (PP7, P. MacDonell). The Michael Keeling-trained Angus Hall bay is fresh off a sweep of an Ontario Sires Stakes Gold series at Georgian Downs and has drawn the outer stating spot in the field of seven.

Gro Formia-trained Angus Hall filly Stonebridge Diva (PP4, Ra. Waples) will contest the second trotting elim. The filly has won two of her three starts this season, with her most recent victory coming over Mohawk in 1:56.2.

Ontario-sired divisional dynamo Not Enough (PP2, M. MacDonald) will contest the first of the pacing elims. Parading out of the barn of trainer Tracy Brainard, the daughter of Grinfromeartoear has won all seven of her seasonal starts, sweeping the Fan Hanover, Lismore and an OSS Gold series in the process.

O'Brien Award winner St Lads Popcorn (PP10, J. Brewer) has drawn the outside post in the second of the pacing elims. In his most recent Trot Blog entry, trainer Jack Darling explains some of the issues the Twin B Champ filly has been facing lately. The earner of more than $631,000 recently finished fifth in the elim and final of an OSS Gold series at Georgian Downs.

The $192,000 (estimated) CBC for the three-year-old trotting fillies and the $169,000 CBC for the three-year-old pacing fillies will each be contested Saturday, July 25 at Mohawk.

I Wont Dance (PP8, T. Ritchie) has drawn far down the gate in the second of the trotting elims. The Per Henriksen-trained Angus Hall gelding will be looking for his fifth win in what will be his ninth start this season.

Upper Canada Cup winner Stonebridge Terror (PP5, M. Saftic) has drawn mid-gate for the first of the pacing eliminations, which will also feature Burlington Stakes division winner OK Boromir (PP6, L. Ouellette).

The second of the pacing elims will see Dave Menary-trained Fast Pay (PP1, P. MacDonell) leave from the rail.
