One of the top aged pacers in the province of New Brunswick went off as the longest shot on the board at 18-1, but delivered an upset in the Exhibition Park Raceway feature on Saturday afternoon.

Dance Hanover, a classy looking 11-year-old son of Astreos driven by Stephen Trites, made the lead as the gates unfolded and paced the mile in 2:02. Owned by the Ultimate Stable, he registered his 53rd lifetime win. Dance Hanover also elevated his career earnings over $100,000 with the victory.

Ramblinglily made it a close call as she was just a nose behind the winner. Stare Down was two and a quarter-lengths back in third.

Zoran Petrovich earned his first training win in the fifth race with Rof Samurai, who had Sam Hodgin in the bike. Youngster Kent Beattie made his first lifetime appearance in the sulky and was a solid third with the cagey veteran Provoke Me in the third race of the afternoon.
