Ben Franklin Pace champion We Will See returned to Harrah's Chester on Sunday afternoon to score another victory against open competition in the $70,000 Open Handicap Pace

Leaving from post position seven in the eight-horse field, four-year-old We Will See, with Ron Pierce in the bike, worked his way to the top ahead of Lisagain (Andy Miller) past the :26.1 first quarter.
The four-year-old son of Western Hanover-Aberdakara proceeded to the half in :54.3 and three-quarters in 1:21.3 while Macraider N (George Napolitano Jr.) advanced first over. That rival only made it within a length of the leader, but Lisagain and Foiled Again (Yannick Gingras) came closer in the stretch. However, We Will See reached the wire in time to score the half-length victory in 1:49.2. Lisagain was second and Foiled Again was third.
Sam DePinto trains the $1.3 million earner, who won the Ben Franklin Pace at Harrah's Chester on July 3 and finished second in the Bettors Delight at Tioga Downs on June 12, for owners Shannon DePinto and Earl Smith of New Jersey, and New York's Jerry Silva. The bay has recorded four wins and three seconds in 12 seasonal starts to bank $449,550.
