Three-year-old trotting filly Daylon Miracle pushed her undefeated streak to six with a career-best 1:56.2 victory at Mohawk Racetrack on Friday night.

Soon-to-be Hall of Famer Dave Wall drove the half-sister to O'Brien Award winner Daylon Magician in a $20,000 conditioning race for Komoka, Ont. resident David Lemon, who bred, trains and shares ownership with his wife Mary.

Daylon Miracle miss was caught three-wide into the first turn after leaving from post six, but settled behind Sculpted Vanity (Trevor Ritchie) while Canadian Wildcat (Randy Waples) was left parked out past the :28.4 opening panel. Canadian Wildcat eventually cleared down the backstretch and then Wall set his filly in motion. Daylon Miracle swept to command as they raced by the half-mile marker in :59-seconds and led the way to three-quarters in 1:27. The Pegasus Spur-Daylon Marvel miss kept her attackers at bay as she cruised home for the two length victory. Touchdown Toss (Yannick Gingras) came on for second and Canadian Wildcat finished third.

Daylon Miracle paid $4.20 to win as the fan favourite. The filly has won all of her previous starts at Western Fair Raceway, including the City of London Series. She now boasts earnings totalling $54,100.

In other action, four-year-old Art Major mare Swinging Beauty ($19.40) earned her first win of the season with a 1:52.1 off-the-pace effort in the $42,000 Fillies & Mares Open Pace for driver Chris Christoforou and trainer Gregg McNair, who also scored a dead-heat victory in the evening's eliminations for the Armbro Flight Stakes with Pembroke Heat Wave.
