Media Buzz secured the lead past the quarter and went on to capture his second straight win in Monday’s feature at The Meadows, a $13,000 conditioned trot.
Media Buzz zipped to the front from post 6 and found himself in the pocket behind Fly Past Hanover. But Dave Palone preferred the point and moved the four-year-old Explosive Matter-Lady Bar gelding to the front. Media Buzz held off the late charge of Mac Deeno and downed him by half a length in 1:54.3 while Fly Past Hanover saved show.
Steve Bush trains Media Buzz, who lifted his career bankroll to $123,510, and owns with Alvira Fassett and Dennis Fassett.
Tony Hall, Mike Wilder and Palone each collected three wins on the 13-race card.
