Trainer Joe Cirasuola had a profitable night at the office on Thursday thanks to a perfect night by
his crew at Hiawatha Horse Park.
Cirasuola sent out three starters and all three of them found their way to victory lane for driver Brad Forward, who finished the night with four wins of his own.
The win parade started in the sixth race when Miss Walker rallied to score for Forward. The five-year-old Aces N Sevens miss stopped the clock in 1:57. Stonebridge Mania, a four-year-old daughter of Camluck, turned her pocket trip in the eighth race into a 1:58.2 triumph. Benns Lookout capped off the card with a front-stepping tally in 2:00.
The Durand, Michigan horseman has already sent out 47 winners this season while racking up more than $144,000 in purse earnings in the process. The 2008 season was a career year for Cirasuola in the win category thanks to the 89 trips he and his stable made to victory lane.
