Brian Carsey, Adam Friedland and Casey Myers' Bluebird Jesse was a 1:55.1 winner in the featured $15,000 winners-over trot Tuesday at Harrington Raceway.
The seven-year-old son of Jailhouse Jesse and driver Allan Davis took command early from post six and led all the way as they held off a late charge from pocket-sitter Quiksilvr Bluechip to achieve a fourth win of the season for trainer Jim King, Jr. Ginger Tree Skyr, who had won two straight, finished third.
It was the 27th career win for Bluebird Jesse, a winner of more than $467,000 lifetime. He paid $19.20 to win.
Fresh off a six win night Monday, Montrell Teague continued to have the hot hand with three wins. Tony Morgan had a driving double.
