Trot Insider has learned that Roger ‘The Voice’ Huston will be making appearances at multiple southern Ontario racetracks this summer.
Over a three-day stretch, Huston, who has called more than 167,000 Standardbred races during his career, will be making appearances at Mohawk Racetrack, Leamington Raceway and Dresden Raceway.
Huston will be at Mohawk on Saturday, August 5 and will then travel over to Leamington Raceway the next day (Sunday, August 6) for the track’s meet-opening card. Huston’s three-day tour will culminate Monday, August 7 at Dresden Raceway for the track’s meet-closing card.
Huston will be available to sign autographs at all three tracks, and racegoers are being encouraged to stop by and get something signed or just say ‘hi.’
This year also marks Huston's 50th year calling the Little Brown Jug.
