Ronnie Wrenn Jr. had a brilliant night at the office Tuesday evening thanks to his seven-win performance at Northfield Park.
Wrenn’s winners included DVC Easy Does It ($5.00) in Race four, Kings Alibi ($3.80) in Race five, Kristens Big Girl ($5.40) in Race seven, Thomas Be Quick ($13.40) in Race eight, Fortune Awaits ($5.00) in Race nine, Mattonthechooch ($3.80) in Race 11 and Museum Piece ($7.00) in Race 12.
Twenty-six-year-old Wrenn started driving in 2008 and has since garnered 895 career victories and is in excess of $3,000,000 in purse earnings. Wrenn is third in the Northfield Park 2013 driver standings. He has driven 116 winners this year at Northfield, but has piloted 284 total winners this year.
Wrenn’s win tally (284) ranks him as the fourth winningest driver in the North America so far this year. Only Corey Callahan (353), David Palone (313) and Tim Tetrick (285) have more wins this year than Ronnie Wrenn Jr.
